The reason for this is versatility. All of these specs are able to stack versa with current stat budgets without losing large amounts of damage, giving them permanent passive DR on top of their already stacked defensive CDs.
Outlaw rogue running as much as 47% versa in top keys. That’s better than permanent barkskin.

Personally I dont really care what is meta I started Pres Evoker in season 2 and bonded with it instantly.
Regardless to what is meta I will be maining Pres and alting Survival!
Well, I rate DPS based on their dmg done and they too need to avoid unnecessary damage, do affixes, not die.
So why not rate augs based on their Ebon Might uptime?
In my opinion, it’s pretty easy: stack mastery and press buttons 
Season 4 will be lit, Guardian, Fire and Shadow getting there Season 2 Boni again, Grieftorch, Beacon, Diurna and Aberrus Class Trinkets.
