Gnomomancer. You shoot gnomes out of your hands
Except 3 classes ( monk, druid and lock ) and itâs already very hard for me to keep track of everything
What I learned is that I am addicted to mog collection
Considering classes are a major selling point and SL has virtually no selling point to begin with (unless youâre super hyped for that tower, I guess. Or the zones) itâd be rather interesting marketing strategy from Blizzard. Especially since the sales have begun.
I would rather it be Necromancer.
This comment is underrated.
That might an argument for some people, including yourself for not wanting a new class. But they are a lot who would love to see new classes whether they have tried out everything you mentioned or not.
even if there is a new class you can expect it to be behind grind lock
Arenât they stated that there will be no new class/race but they will focus solely on improving appearance options for core races?
Theyâve come out and said several times that they are really hesistant to implement a new class because they already have a ballache balancing the existing specs and classes.
If they would implement a supposed Tinker class, it would take years, probably 2 expansions worth of time MINIMUM of internal testing before its even thought of as being a part of the game. So 2025 at the earliest
The only trick Blizzard needs to pull off is making SL class design better than what we have now.
We wonât be getting a new class, donât be silly. They canât handle anymore new classes right now.
I donât see that happening and I think that is better. The more you add classes, the harder it is to balance them and come up with new stuff to make them unique. Look how unique Classes were on early expansions and look how bland they are now.
Monk is one word though, seems like Hero Classes are two words. At least in the 2 cases we have so far.
I donât know âMonkâ was two words?
Iâm sure a multi-billion dollar company can handle balancing a dozen classes, or itâs an indie company?
If I was Ion Iâd fire myself
I really admire your optimism. Pre-Blizzcon, Iâd have bet money on Tinker.
Nothing. We really donât need one.
OP your breaking my heart Shadowlands announcement was so dissapointing on so many levels. Not even drastic class changes for the existing ones.
Multi-billion company should be able to assure quality of patches too, yet on 8.3 release, auction house was eating people money for whole week and even today it has slow loading times and cause headaches when posting items. And from design aspect, they have made UX/UI mistakes, that even amateur designer would avoid. And look what the disaster BFA has been. Bad game design mistakes on top of another. So I would not be so sure that they can handle that, when they clearly havenât been able to do that so far.
Honestly, an improvement to the ones we already have would be more logical - than a new class slapped together for the sake of it.
