I got two, well 3 but its temporary. The first is the one you get from killing Heroic Maloriak, the 2nd us my current title, oddly fitting given my self loathing and the 3rd is my title from other players. “Souldefiler You absolute twonk”

I still have a druid called Crazycatwoman who has that title. Amusingly it got me kicked from a dungeon because they thought I was a hacker.
I might actually change to it…

Champion of the Naaru and The Chosen are my favorite. I also like The Indomitable, but it is not account-wide and the char that got the title is unplayable for me, so she just holds the title, maybe Blizzard will share the title to other my chars one day.
My Top 5 List
1. Khan: THIS title, is actually one of the few things I mostly want to get in-game, and I’m currently missing it with ONE, LITERALLY ONE Achievement which is the annoying “Mine” from "Master of Isle of Conquest. I wish “Mine” achievement would just be excluded from meta. I hope I’ll get it at some point (Feelsbad). If you feel empathy about my situation submit a suggestion in-game to support me, maybe then they would listen. Thanks.
2. Battlemaster: One of the most prestigeous titles I have atm, and the one I’m currently using it.
3. The Insane: I loved that grind, the journey to get it. It was very satisfying at the end. Oh, the memories. 
4. Slayer of Sin’dorei: I know it could feel weird to use this as Void Elf but I like to think it as a Slayer, who is on Sin’dorei’s side. Because it says “Slayer of Sin’dorei” not Sin’dorei Slayer, for example. And I just LOVE, I’m crazy for Thalassian theme/lore so I had to have it next to my name. 
5. The Chosen: I got it like the day before it was removed. Close call.

Shadowblade (Master Assassin): I loved and I was pretty hyped up for beta version of this title, that used to be Master Assassin which would put this title in my top 3 easily. I was pretty disappointed when I found out it was changed to Shadowblade later, even though it’s not cool as Master Assassin I still like it anyway. I hope Beta Class Order Hall titles (for all classes) will return at some point.

The Darkener: It fits my race and class.
I also like to make combinations with transmog, title and mount that fits good all together.
the Diplomat - because I can show how much I had to suffer the rep grind
the Alliance Slayer - because I like killing those small cute things
The Fearless suites my limited pvp / tanking skills as i run in head long 
Crazy Cat lady, because I am a… worgen, who loves… cats?
