I was under the impression that prepatch would come at the same time as the 50% xp buff. But some says it’s much closer to launch. Does anyone have any information if prepatch is coming with the 50% xp buff or not?

No, first xp boost, then pre patch
That is actually a relief. While I’m really looking forward to prepatch, I was hoping to get all the attunemnts before that, and I dinged kinda late and felt time was running out. If I get another 1-2 months that helps a lot.
