Where do you get red punchcards?

They should just put heroic version out first and then mythic later. Isn’t that what they do with raids?

There’s been many threads about similar instances. About Siege of Boralus being mythic only for months and months. About Court of Stars and whatever the other one was called being mythic only for months and months. About Kara being mythic only for months and months.

Just look for those threads. I don’t need to prove or justify my REAL issue with what Blizzard keeps doing.

Because they’d have the same ilvl right? NO NO NO NO NO.

Once again you ignored what I said about loot, mechagon is different, it has logic loops and punchcards, and logic loops alone are too big to drop on heroic, which means they’d need to remove logic loops from heroic, and probably punchcards too, which is like… nearly all loot.

Well you clearly don’t.

Logic loops have IF and THEN effect.
Then is what you need on mythic, and IF you could get on heroic as it’s just a trigger.

Example: Logic Loop of Division: “If you hit an enemy from behind…”
There’s no nerf value, just bit less stats, but effect is same.
Then you get mythic “THEN” ring and you get full mythic value of proc.

AND THEIR EFFECTS CAN HAVE AN ILVL.
So a before effect from the heroic version would be less powerful than the before effect from a mythic version; JUST LIKE ALL LOOT WORKS IN THE GAME.

Nope, first ring’s effect doesn’t have ilvl value, it’s just a “requirement”.

“If you stand behind”
“if you activate an ability while below 50% health”

Then why in the holy hell would it matter?! It doesn’t DO anything without the PROPER extra version, which WOULD have stats/numbers/dmg whatever.

Why would it matter? Because currently you can try once a week to get the rings, just 1 ring.
With heroic added, you can farm “IF” rings on heroic 7 times a week, and get “THEN” on mythic, since IF doesn’t really matter much mind the stats, it’s the effect of 2nd ring that’s powerful.

Could also drop from heroic, effect is still strong, like 15k hit for just standing behind target, it’s powerful and obviously Blizzard thought it shouldn’t be farmable, so I’d say it’s wise call on their part to make it mythic only.

I’m done with discussing this. This is a non-issue and it’s NOT a reason to not release a heroic version AT ALL.

When they add heroic, it’ll be only portion weaker stat-wise, which doesn’t matter on IF ring, and on THEN, effect will only be bit weaker, still strong.

Kinda makes sense to release the more or less actual content first.

I presume given the items it gives and new mechanics mechagon m0 will feel like m+15
For now, while we can’t get new gear above 415 and still learning new strategies.

Because it’s the same thing. SAME CONTENT > DIFFERENT DIFFICULTY. Has worked for many many years and it would work perfectly fine for Mechagon too.

I wouldn’t know, i don’t do mythics and generally not much dungeons either unless something really important is blocked behind one (like pathfinder or such). Nothing blocked behind Mechagon so no biggie for me. Just having empathy for those who want to do it but for reason or another are not doing mythics. I would assume finding mythic group would be much bigger issue for someone who doesn’t generally do them, considering they don’t have earlier achievements (or whatever rio thing mythics people use?) and such which make it easier to get into groups.
