We will see alliance being the baddies next expack promise you that alleria will go insane.
I’ve already felt the Alliance being the baddies, ever since Vanilla.
Not the same caliber as horde, but still also baddies.
So I don’t have this problem.
You will see alleria will destroy silvermoon and kill of blood elfs and void elfs alike. We will probably face her in a raid were we work together to seal her void curse for good.
Then we will see high elfs coming back to be playable race.
there’s hidden hints that lets alleria of as a baddie in the current patch.
Her void curse maybe turns her in to arthas mindless obedient.
Its not only about feeling like the baddies obviously the alliance could be seen as that but the alliance always has the bonus of having the humans and there whole light church thing wich automatically lets them look like the good guys that have to defend against orcs and undeads.
I want the game to point at you guys and call you the big bad of an expansion.
Make one of your leaders go crazy to the point that your faction has to have a civil war and fight against there own guys.
Like the horde had to do twice now
When tbe story treats the alliance as “villains” its always individual characters. When the horde is treated as villains its always the entire horde getting branded for one persons actions
alleria could become evil for all we know.
I started as horde and I am undead at heart, if I could be an undead druid I would.
I like the baddies, and I see where the baddies are.
They are in Alliance too and have been since vanilla - It’s not “feeling” per say; Just look at it all. Warcrimes everywhere.
My point with the comment of “I’ve already felt the alliance being baddies” is not feelings; it’s a saying.

I would just like to have the tables turned for once.
Have an alliance leader turn crazy and end up killed or exiled as a raid boss.
Let us marsh into an alliance city as the obvious good guys

Well, not going to lie. The Red Dawn is quite literally dead. But they could reboot it entirely in Midnight.

i rather see xal in midnight than a mary sue.
I mean, my own bet is that Xal’atath does backstab us at the end of the Dimensius fight, claims Dimensius void energies and empowering herself, with HER being the antagonist in Midnight, perhaps even Last Titan.
