Ragnaros 100%, he is the boss in very first and oldest raid+ people farm molten all expansions, due to legendary item+ transmog. From dungeons it might be Rivendare actualy, due to low drop chance of a mount+ instance is very old too. Exist since vannila.

Mandatory repost duty for my favorite highborne. 
How about Rivendare, after all he’s been in since Vanilla and his horse was popular even back then. I mean… you could spare a whole 1k gold by winning it. That was a ton of cash!
Other than that I’d guess Alar or Invincible.
