I’d say most of the toxic players I’ve seen in pugs are from 2 servers:
Blackhand and Kazzak

Sylvanas is a really good server if you dont like RP, but still like talking to people in normal chat and dont like people being anti social. (only counts for alliance on sylvanas though) However you will also be able to see/play with pretty much everyone from all the popular realms. (only downside is you can only join guilds from the same realm/realms connected)
As some other ppl say, argent dawn is toxic because people expect you to take role-play seriously or they will actually get upset and mad in real life. And that’s why i’m making this comment to tell you theres servers out there with lots of social people who can make you have a good time, but without feeling like you have to RP and listen to their obnoxiously dirty wow fan fictions.
