Screaming noises helps to identify friend from foe.
I was waiting for Falric to spawn, the place was crowded with Alliance, when I heard a familiar sound: a BE female getting hit, I looked and checked if it was my character, it turns out it was a BE Paladin killing skeletons. I landed my magic carpet and helped her out with my BE mage.
On topic:
Draenei females have very warm voices, all that screaming isn’t fit for them in my opinion.
Same situation with my Forsaken female Priest.
I love her voice:
“It’s not ready yet.”
But I hate her dying scream as something that came out of hell.

Female Draenei Hunter calling her orderhall mount is like “NAAAaaaAAA!”
And yes maybe they are loud, but not nearly as loud (or dramatic) as a dieing Nighelf male 
Or a very specific type of screams.
nightelf male deathscreams always remind me of that quest in tbc where you place bodies and the npcs emulate their death sounds because they sound a bit fake just like in the quest
