Ironically though what human shamans do worldwide is more akin to the Wow Druid- shape shifting and entering an alternate reality ( moon glade, dream grove etc) Totems and elements are not primarily or exclusively shamanic.

Its true if look stormwind and then look orgrimmar. Orc fit shaman theme since vanil. Even though I find all of those facts and personally like them to been remained like such the modern wow has moved so much that in current it probably makes no difference to anybody, we even got tauren mages/rogues which make no sense to me but whatever.
We have tauren mages dressed as fortnite characters, my immersion of the game could not be broken any more, there is no undoing it, the lid of this box cannot be closed anymore, lets just go with it

KTs neck line looks ridiculous though. The animation is a little bit horrid too.

KT have ugly totems, they are seafaring ppl who love the seas and they summon totems of fire and earth with anchor on it. Makes no sense at all theme wise 
Goblin somewhat makes sense that they are stealing the elements to harness their power through machines, still tauren and orc are indisputably best when it comes to shaman themes 
They are because they do not accept everyone like gul’dan in that video they refused him and in turn he accepted the fell.
I followed a similar path i also accepted the powers of the fell instead of the elements because i do not need racists to bestow me power

True. Some just take a lot more effort to implement.
Or just not fit at all, atleast human shaman would make more sense than tauren rogues 
I dont care too much eitherway but it is only fair point out that many current race combinations make less sense.
