Only in certain parts of the forum, otherwise you need an active sub there like elsewhere.
I’ve wanted the option to post on US since forever due to the discussions that can be found there.

I appreciate people want to take part in both. Often I’ve found answers for stuff on the US forums, we share them here.
I do understand people like to feel they are being heard and they feel that happens more in the US than on these forums.
I don’t personally care if they merged them. We’d gain things like getting the bug report forum back.
Of course, there’s plenty of Copy-paste happening from US to Here (or even outside sources) when it comes to discussion topics or pointers etc…
The idea is more that it’s just an artifical blockage that isn’t necessary, let people talk.
General needs a level 10 character and no sub.
Thats not much of a requirment.
I have to admit I was under the impression you needed a current sub to post in our general discussion section.
There have been a fair few people on these forums that have said their sub has ran out but was still posting.
I was suprised too at first but the more it happened the more I believed it.
How odd, I seem to get the “You need a sub”-wall slapped on me when I try post things.
You’re believing heresay rather than trying it yourself?
I got a toon way above level 10 on US as I had a friend who played there, but I no longer have a sub there, so nope… not allowed as far as I have noticed.
I have another account that is currently unsubbed but because I’m on my phone and technology is difficult I can’t log in to it to check if I can post on general from it…
