Ive got an idea. Since the Nightelves have been a running joke for ActivisionBlizzard since Cata, why dont we just remove the race 
Or better, remove all elves from the game.

This is very much wrong, see what changes they have done to it in the past and you will see that it very much can be changed if you have the know-how.
It used to be that you could say start combat in shadowmeld making shadowmelded hunters in world pvp extremely powerfull as you had the first attack no matter what.
So i am sure for the right person there is a way to change it without removing it.
You like harping on Arcane torrent i see could you please try explain why it was overpowered, because i do not think you know what made it good in PVE.
Silence was fine for ages. Guess something else was distracting the whiners. Now belf racial is boring. Just like every other racial or ability after endless whining and tears about OP.

BE racial was not op at all. It was a strong racial for melee PvPers and thatâs it. We have far more op racials in game. Zandalari Troll, for example. For some specs this Racial is completely op. Imagine a Mage or a Moonkin or Rogue with it in PvP ⌠Are you low on health? Np, polymorph, Cyclone, stun, Fear etc. your opponent and heal to full health while he is cced.

Thatâs why everybody in Legion went Horde over time for M+, not OP at all! Itâs just a measly AoE interrupt. Nothing to see here! Btw worgen racial OP nerf it!
Not to sound attacking but pretending BE racial wasnât worth it is just lying, Legion MDI was BE x4 + a shaman/druid or BE x5. At worst you saw BE x3 + shaman + druid. Same as how bosses and players easily countered the worgen racial where Rocket Jump wasnât, since that based of Blink and not a run speed increase.

arcane torrent had been around since TBC, it sorta got nerfed around the start of WotLK iirc when arcane tap was removed from the game, but also sorta got buffed by being useful whenever, not most useful at 3 stacks, then left alone until BfA.
but the problem is M+.
people didnât complain about arcane torrent or shadowmeld or whatever racial will be next season pre M+, or at least NOWHERE to the levels they are now.

It was ridiculously op racial in pvp vs my casters where I died just becuase of one racial, no other racial since classic with stun resist from orcs vs my rogue have I felt such huge impact on the gameplay
It was a fun tool in pve though
i have participated once and won on my BE rogue, was fun

Itâs rather random if they are buffed or either hard or impossible if they use cooldowns to cc
It was a short silence of a 2-3 min cooldown depending on the expansion. It wasnât that bad.
The replacement is far more potent for PvP as itâs a Aoe disspell.

With all the stuns, interupts and short cooldowns on gap closers I consider it to be very bad

yep, thats one of the main things i hold AT back for if there is a pala on the other side, but about 90% of the time, it will dispell some other random buff and leave the pala or his target immune to me (melee rogue).
so, it has the potential to be handy, but most of the time its fairly useless in pvp. there are some moments where it can âmaybeâ be a game changer if you can dispell the right spell at the right moment but because a lot of spells can be recast immediately, or very soon after (hots for example) its very situational. it can only be âopâ in pve sometimes, mainly M+, because of how preset everything is in pve.
It was broken beyond belief for things like M+. You could literally chain interrupt every mob in a pack.
These need a nerf for WPvP only combat sick of not being able to kill guardian druid because even when you purge their dot they have 2 more up, and recast the one you just purged immetdiatly⌠Need atleast 3 people with stun or everybody access to purges to reliable kill one!
Thanks to current design they donât run put of mana either. A priest can be pressured to go oom. Guardian druid? Nope, just walk away and if he doesnât allow it just allow him to kill you.
