Why do improved scorch & bone chilling have such short durations

Not in my head. Pyros all go on the main target. If we ever drop skb it could be interesting to try and set it up on 2 targets for your big combust and maintain it half way through. If they made it longer you could just set it up before a combust or skb and that would be fun.

Didn’t that used to be a debuff per target? Or am I losing my mind? Flurry should give 3 stacks and orb give a stack per tick so it stacks up fast when you need it.

I meant in terms of timing.
During execute-rotation you should be more or less casting the following:

  1. scorch
  2. Fire blast if your last pyro hasn’t crit
  3. Pyro

So every scorch is followed up with a pyro, which means that every second scorch has to go on the 2nd target or you either lose the buff or end up munching procs.

I think it’s always been a personal buff.

And it stacks up decently fast initially. But if you lose it mid-way through a fight, it tends to take a while to get it back up, which is rather annoying, as you probably won’t have an orb ready, and flurry is proc dependent.
