this is true, if you have the gold or well realy money to buy tokens whit, you can easily buy your self ksm, then farm valor as much as you please, and uppgrade your items, what I do also think as you said many do.

If WoW wasn’t just about gearing/player power, there’d probably be less complaints since casuals would have something to do. Features like player housing can be amazing distractions.

Exactly.
I’ve personally stopped caring about raiding, M+, gearing and anything that could be called ‘challenging’ content.
I’ve stopped enjoying that type of content, especially since it all becomes worthless next patch and not to mention next expansion too.
Now I just want to login and chill, relax, enjoy, explore the world and do activities that fulfill me.

Sadly, for players who don’t really enjoy raiding, WoW isn’t really offering much…particularly in Shadowlands where farming ‘old’ content isn’t even possible still.

I don’t complain about gear, I don’t need it, I’ll satisfy myself with 220 ilvl from Korthia for now. What I do complain is that I wish I had more to do in the game
I mean I just login now, do my dailies in Korthia and I log out. I don’t really know what to do. I wish we had player housing, or a means / reason to visit the old world for something.
Kind of more…roleplaying elements added to the game?

Lately there’s a multitude of topics where the OP talks about how the game is not casual friendly etc, in the likes of:

• remove mythic raiding
• stop catering to mythic raiders
• not enough changes in patch for casuals
• make abilities in M+ more visible
• remove M+, too hard
• remove vault, not enough choices
• make it easier to gear up

Why do you care about high item-level gear and mythic raids if you don’t enjoy end-game challenging activities and just casually do WQ/collect cosmetics/normal or heroic dungeons/LFR?

The majority of ‘problem with X’ threads on the forums are basically people who don’t want / lack skill to do the most challenging content but demand that they should be somehow catered to and provided with the best gear for free.

You don’t NEED TO grind Torghast / grind raids / get better choices in the vault because you don’t NEED highest legendaries and maxed-out shards for clearing low keys and normal raids.

customers can have opinions about the product they pay for

it doesnt matter if you disagree with those opinions

their is as valid as yours

considering how over 80 % of players left game in SL negative opinions are more then justified.

if everything was ok you would see 1-2 mln players leaving game - not 6-7 mln .

its crazy drop

Casuals are annoyed they can’t get high end gear and mogs from boar killing, so they advocate for removing that content.

If you are asking why are people doing something, always look at the most selfish motive. These people would want to remove all the fun for significant chunk of the playerbase just because they believe this would lead to “democratization” of rewards in the game.

Most of you guys forgot something. " Customers always right" and this game is a company. So you should always care for %99 of your customer’s demands not %1 unless you are selling Ferrari/Lambo or Yatches.
