Why does my cloak from level 9-10 require 6 pages?

This is the quote from the blue post:

Each Rank can now be achieved in a single Horrific Vision. For example, upgrading your Rank 13 cloak to Rank 14 will now require 2 Torn Pages of “The Final Truth” (was 6), so if you’re currently in possession of 2 or more pages, you’ll turn them all in and immediately complete that quest.

Because it used the example of 2 pages, many people thought that this applies to all cloak upgrades and therefore that you will only need 2 pages per upgrade level. It would have been useful for the blue post to have also given an example for getting a rank below 12 to avoid any possible confusion. It’s clear from this thread and other similar ones that the announcement has caused confusion.

again - that is problem with reading comprehension .

Just turn quest in with 2 pages, the question mark will still be grey as if you haven’t completed the quest but you can turn 2 pages in and still get the upgrade.
It’s a bug I think.

You need to delete your wow cache in order for the cloak quest to show the correct pages required after the hotfix but like others have already mentioned you can still turn in the cloak quest with the number of pages mentioned in the hotfix patchnotes even though the quest shows you still need more.
