It’s a matter of perspective, some prefer a bigger body type. I have heard rumors that claim pizzas are causing it, but I’m fairly sure it’s the pineapple doing all the work.
I think the question is does Sylvanas like pineapple on her pizza or not ?

She is a banshee. As in, a spirit that is possessing a body, in this case her own. Even if the body itself suffers she can remain in spirit form afaik.
How can physical damage even kill her ?
