What I read is that you seem to want someone to play your account for you in order to improve your gear. Or at least that is what I assume from your my Overwatch account is banned comment.
As for the rest I wouldn’t say that 2-3 hours a night is in any way, shape or form casual. I play about 2-3 hours a couple of nights a week and I still reckon that the sub and expac price is well worth the entertainment I get from it.

If you want to do casual pve in WoW, you can. The game is permissive for such a playstyle, and has low difficulties for every activity and a reward structure that makes it possible. However, it’s a different story when it comes to casual pvp. Since honor gear was removed, it is no longer possible to have a playstyle such as you describe and be anything more than a free kill for everyone else in it.

Honestly, I play 2-3 hours a day, mythic plus is really not as hard as your putting out to be, well for keys 1-10 it’s easy enough, just need to know the mechanics and tactics of each dungeon. I started playing wow about 3 weeks ago after a 8 month break and my lock is 445 ilvl- I haven’t been really laying much and honestly at my ilvl and health pool I can do decently in pvp. If you want a way to get better gear. Apart from upgrading your cloak etc. Run mythic plus - start with lower keys and as you progress with your gear - increase you key difficulty.
