Why the level 58 boost is bad for the game #stoptheboost

We play the game the way we want to not the way you want to force us.

Except it’s not instant to 70 is it? It’s 58, and it’s not a small slog to 70.

You play the game with your credit card

Which is not the case.

You still have to do 58 - 70 like everybody else.

False.

Stop writing tauren**** jesus

Because  cannot understand that the boost is made for people that want/wanted to play TBC not Classic.

you can get it, buff INT go

And you’re unable to understand that if you want to get somewhere in a MMORPG then you need to put the effort in and work for it.

So why dont you gather your friends together and start levelling?

So it’s made for you but I can abuse it?

You still persist with this? The game is not at 58, and anyone who thinks it is, is surely wrong, it’s going to be at 70 and the boost is coming in AFTER the snapshot is taken so you can’t make a 58 then copy it to forever Classic 1-60 servers.

I persist because I care about preserving the classic game.

If I didnt care I wouldn’t be here.
Retail mentality is leading us down the same path

No we are able to understand is bullcrap, which you cannot.

Why dont you get over it and let people use the boost to 58 and play with their friends at 60?

Guess what, it won’t be Classic anymore it will be TBC Classic, not the same thing at all.

The game is 1-sunwell/season 4. You should not be able to buy your way through parts of the game. I think most players think buying honor or marks for real money would be bad, but it’s really the same thing, since grinding BGs is not ‘hard’ it just takes time.

Ye sure because back in 2007 people surely levelled another char with their friends in TBC that didnt play Classic, sure.

Is this neckbeard mentality that will not be missed in TBCC

You can use it, the fact that you think wrongly can be abuse, it is your own fallacy.

So many people here who ‘hate levelling in Classic as it’s a nightmare’.

Funny how Classic became so popular then isn’t it, given how so many people ‘hate it, because it’s a total nightmare’.

But no worries. Now you wonderful people will never need to play this horrid, obnoxious, ghastly WoW Classic you all despise so much. Instead you can whip out your credit cards and use the wonderful new Pay-to-win-boost service.

Now, at last you can kill those 40 Umbrafen Eels in Zangarmarsh. You’re having a having a whale of a time, and life could not be better. Secure in the knowledge that you dodged a bullet by not having to endure the nightmarish torment of killing 40 zevras in The Barrens.

Yaaaaaaay for the pay-to-win brigade! Thank you so much for coming to our game, and gracing it with your illustrious presence.

We disagree, and it’s only buying your way through a small part of the game, not the whole damn thing.

Stop strawmanning will you, Blizzard will never sell honour.

It’s not winning though is it, what EXACTLY do you win? It’s a shortcut to TBC Classic, THAT IS ALL

I know that. It’s still part of the classic group…

Another dumb straw man argument. yawn

I will still have to disagree. Leveling is the majority of a NEW MMORPG. But TBC is an expansion. The second you add an expansion, old content turns irrelevant, and it becomes all about the expansion content.

Forcing people through that old content is not a positive for the game as a whole. It wasn’t back in 2007, and it wouldn’t be now. If they offered a 58 boost back in 2007, I would have been all for it as well.

Please stick to retail.

Let us classic fans have the game we want without it being ruined by retail boosts
