I find monks have a very satisfying rhythm to their abilities, particularly whirling dragon punch. Similar for frost mages, flurry just has a nice pattern to it.
Just like the way they sound, I’m not very good with either 
(Also frost mage is a blast in PvP, so many ways to slow and annoy enemies.)
I really love Elemental Shaman and I think it’s one of the most fun classes for me to play. I love being able to summon elementals and whack people with bolts of lightning and fire!
Of the melee, I’d say monk and feral druid is what I find the most fun. Monk because you can do craaaazy aoe damage with it, feral druid because it has so many things and is very high skill compared to the other classes. For ranged, probably BM hunter (because it’s super easy and relaxing) and affliction warlock (because I like dot mechanics), but I don’t much care for ranged dps.

New class won’t change that. Trying something new is a temporary reprieve even if you fall in love with it, because it will end up in the same pit-falls as the classes you did play eventually. The fact that fun is relative will also help or harm you, because if you try others out and you don’t find them fun, it will merely add to the frustration.
I learned a long time ago that the best course of action to take (if you still enjoy the game to some extent but find yourself somewhat tired/bored/dishevelled with it) is to cancel, take a month out to enjoy other games, then return after a few patches so that there is at least other things to check out – preferably whenever you feel the itch again (rather than forcing yourself to just because something fresh was patched).
As much as people like to make annoying “I quit posts” or use the ‘unsubscribed’ term merely as a dig at Blizzard, the act of unsubscribing doesn’t have to stem from a place of bitterness.
The fact that I flit between FFXIV and WoW actually helps me appreciate both more, because I spend the same money subscribing to either one and can cancel when one well has dried and enjoy the other until the previous adds fresh content.
Probably demo lock. Having a personal army of demons is pretty fun for me. Especially when all of them get extended with Tyrant and I just have 25+ imps right behind me all lasering my target, and then imploding all those imps into a pack feels hella satisfying.
My love was always going to Warlock and still is there but I feel more comfy on Balance Druid since SL. I never liked it but then bah and here we go🤔
