Those fps drops wow suffers from are caused by game not using available hardware power, not by hardware not being able to pump frames.

Open resources manager while being in Oribos and you will see hardware load being super low.

It’s only CPU for most people playing WoW. A beefier graphic card would do exactly nothing for the FPS in the vast majority of cases, it would only matter if you’re running with a really outdated card.

My 2080 super can’t even reach the target power draw, not even get close to it, it’s usually sitting at 55-60%, in Oribos it’s at 37%. Because WoW is so bound by CPU.

But cpu is also not used to full potential.Usually 10-30%.

mate you also not playing with max settings,that would be 8k (increasing both resolution and resolution scale to max.

i really dont understand how you can play with 26 fps on that pc,just disable ray traced shadows since they dont make 0 difference and play at 100% resolution scale,i bet playing like that would get you around 150 fps like me.
