Not really. The horde is a name given to two different communities. The first Horde that was solely consisting of orcs and some ogres during their time on Draenor. Later adding some Amani trolls into their ranks and some goblins after they arrived on Azeroth. The last 2 races had no hand in killing Draeneis however.
The second Horde under the leadership of Thrall was established during WCIII and had no connection to the horde of ner’zhul as said Horde had been dismantled in its entirety.
And also it was Kil’Jaeden, whos of the same race as the Draenei, who made the Orcs hunt down the Draenei in the first place because of what Velen and his people did.
Going by that logic it wasn’t Arthas who hurted those on azeroth it was ner’zhul as he mind controlled Arthas.
He didnt. Read Rise of the Lich King. Arthas also killed Ner’Zhul inside their spirit after they merged into the LK.
I don’t need to as blizzard changes the lore so often. And besides i can’t afford to buy book after book.
The book is readable for free online. Just google a bit. Callia also states in shadowlands that arthas’ decisions in the end were ultimately his own. They dont want to give him a redemption (it would also spit on his character if they would do so).

Nah it’s all horde poppeganda. I bet that the bit of ner’zhul there was in there mannipulated Arthas or he never left but he only wanted arthas to belive that he was fully in controll. Else he’d never try to attack jaina.
The Horde went back and snached a good chunk of the Ma’ghar (and if you watched closely, a few botani and Saberon too, but they slipped away… )
But it was probably a one way trip
However, the Lightbound and their Mother of Light will probably invadi the main universe from their dying one to err… spread the teachings of the Light
And crystalize a few planet along the way

We already have them, they are called Demon Hunters
Mechagnomes where a complete new addition. The broken Draenei actually exist at least since TBC and are part of Draenei since start. They fit as much as the Mag’har for the Orcs because Mag’har are technically part of Horde since TBC/WotLK too. So yeah we should get Broken to play.
