Earthbind totem: Vanilla ability, easily killable
Earthgrab(root) totem: Talent option, you sacrifice mobility and dmg mitigation for it.
Frost shock: Unpruned ability to help resto against melee pressure, one of the greatest weaknesses of shamans in general.
Wind shear(interrupt): Vanilla ability, fulfills the class fantasy of being the only healer with an interrupt ability. One of the main reasons to even bring a resto shaman instead of other alternatives.

You’re literally using the OP Legendary which makes mages heal like, or better than hybrids (yes, absorbs count as heal on the table), with a single button push every 25 seconds. Stop acting dumb

A mage with 100k healing done. Shields impossible to purge since he’s blinking into LoS all the time, rotting and CCing with the rogue 24/7 - and to purge them, that’s at least 8 Seconds worth of gcds minimum, only for the shields to be reapplied a couple of seconds later
