I bought the World of Warcraft®: The Reven Pack earlier today, but I can’t find it anywhere. Where is it supposed to arrive in my account, in my inventory/mailbox or somewhere else? How can I get in touch with your customer service? I used Paypal when I paid for it, so could that be the problem? Should I post my order number here?

Both the pet and carrier transmog should be available directly from your collection though may need to be unwrapped first.
If you can’t find them, please double-check your filter settings:

I have no Collections or Pet Journal, I play WoW Classic.
Unfortunately it would only be available on Modern and Classic Progression, but not on Classic Era.
