still down for me
This is not just WoW, there are other services down / not accessible as well, completely unrelated to gaming. Seems to be some ISP issue somewhere.

I think I additionally deleted Cache-Folder content, maybe try that even if it shouldnt be the problem imo.

NOPE. NOT a SINGLE ONE. NOTHING at ALL. NOWHERE.
Im also darkspear-eu and have the exact same issue. Tried adding in the line for WTF folder which shows all servers before login but they all say online?! How frustrating that Blizzard hasnt even aknowledged this, the disrespect to the player base is unreal

As i have said plenty of times now, their customer service when it comes to informing upon outages of the service or response time on tickets are bad, and should 100% be better. Im not saying they are in the right for not informing us, but it isn’t something they are obliged to do as of ToS 
Therefore we aren’t entitled to nothing when it comes to demands towards blizzard… I too miss the old days when a GM actually came in-game, ported me to GM island, solved my issue and we could go on with the day.

doesn’t have anything to do with Hallowfall i think, can’t access any chars on any retail or MoP servers (EU)
4 hours and still not fixed. This is modern day Blizzard folks

Indeed, seems to be anything outside isle of dorn for a lot of people though
Atleast now we know that the nightshift sleeps during working hours.
