I seem to be able to log into my characters in kalimdor but not eastern kingdom, (Spineshatter EU)
they said now?
actually not restart, its shut down now in 13 minutes
So yeah, apparently the bug happens when you try to login into a TWW Zone - same on Blackhand-EU → one of my not leveled twinks who sits in OG had no problem logging in. He is getting the system message that the server will shutdown in 13 Minutes… so 09:13 for me. Guess they are finally restarting everything?
I just hope they fix it today since we are on friday and have all the weekend ahead

Says server shut down in 12mins i guess they know…
so they are sending server-messages about shutdown in 12 minutes. I guess it’s a bigger thing ^^

No post it says that in game.
When you get past that you won’t be happy either way, I’ve been looking at empty characters lists for an hour now. All my chars just vanished.

I can’t even login my alt, which is in stormwind. So it’s just about the server I think.
Blizz’s excellent weekly maintenance seems to be very helpful
