I don’t think it’s that deep
Wanting a refund for a day is understandable, but an hour?

Was that character in TWW world? Think only TWW world is not working. Usually the case when “World server is down” message appears, one part of the game that is basicly offline while the rest works 
I cant even log on to any character now
Same here. “Retrieving character list” keeps loading endlessly

Good morning all! Just woke up, have the day off! Made some coffee & breakfast, ready to do some routine stuff. But seems EU Anachronos is down also. Been able to play for 5-6 mins, then dc, world server down and now stuck on retrieving character list.
Server shutdown in 5. but yeah how long is that gonna take
Was there ever any compensation for this? Or did you always get a response - thank you for wasting your game time?
It seems that they fixxed the issue…its ok for me!
Even some random low-tier company has employees working night shifts, but it’s really frustrating that the “big” company we pay monthly doesn’t even seem to know it’s 9 AM in Europe.
