Every time when I open graphic settings Environment Detalis and Ground Clutter drops down from 10 to 9 and keeps lowering whenever I open it. This started happening after Ulduar patch.
Do you use GeForce Experience?
I ask because I saw other players with similar (but not identical) problems, and it was found to be down to GeForce Experience.

I would certainly ask about GeForce experience because it can alter your game settings ‘behind the scenes’ without you realising. It’s a simple enough question and doesn’t merit the rude response you gave.
It isn’t GeForce Experience. It is a bug with WotLK specifically. Retail works as intended.
In which case you report it in-game and not on the fora.
This has been stated time without number.
