I’m apparently still missing my Pepe. Not sure which other rewards haven’t been granted, but Pepe still seems to be AWOL.

April 1, 2024

      • Merciless Bonegrinder now functions correctly.


  • Fixed an issue where the Golden Egg in Noblegarden could fail to trigger the boss spawn.
  • The Noblegarden daily quest “Feathered Fiend” is no longer shareable.

  • The following adjustments have been made to the Water’s Beating Heart trinket:
    • When an ally not equipped with Water’s Beating Heart dispels a player affected by Primal Wellspring Water, the buff will correctly apply to the debuffed player.
    • The Primal Wellspring Water debuff is now visible to allies.
    • The shield value is now split between affected players.
  • Fixed an issue where the following trinkets were dropping at an incorrect item level:
    • Globe of Jagged Ice
    • Granyth’s Enduring Scale
    • Inexorable Resonator
    • Tome of Unstable Power
    • Umbrelskull’s Fractured Heart
    • Water’s Beating Heart


  • Increased the drop rate of the Noble Flying Carpet mount and added a bonus to the mount drop chance on the first defeat of Daetan on the account each day.

  • Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope
    • Tindral Sageswift
      • Fiery Growth targets reduced to 3 on Mythic difficulty (was 4).
      • Fiery Growth damage reduced by 20% on Mythic difficulty.
      • Falling Star damage reduced by 15% on Mythic difficulty.
      • Pulsing Heat damage reduced by 10% on Mythic difficulty.
    • Fyrakk
      • Shadow Cage now lasts 12 seconds on Mythic difficulty.
      • Flamebound now increases damage taken from Flame Orbs by 5% on Mythic difficulty (was 30%).
      • Shadowbound now increases damage taken from Shadow Orbs by 5% on Mythic difficulty (was 30%).
      • Blaze damage decreased by 20% on Mythic difficulty.
      • Maximum health of Darnassian Ancient decreased by 20% on Mythic difficulty.

Primal Storms

  • Primal Storms should now appear with a more evenly distributed pattern across the zones of Dragon Isles.

(A) You are like months late with those nerfs to the raid.

(B) You are STILL not tuning the dungeons ! Its uber late now… but why did you wait months to do it? Why did M+ tuning coincidentally stop when MDI started? And when MDI ended, we all expected a mega-tuning bonanza and instead we got nothing… and Plunderstorm… Jesus ! Way to cut short S3 M+ OMG…

Will this continue in S4? Will we have to wait 1 week before WW to get the dungeon tuning in S4? With 500k runs per week you need months of data to tune stuff ? What is your beef here…

(C) Im so tired of seeing plunderstorm and SoD tuning all the time. You guys WANT me to play SoD or something? What is going on !


S4 begins in 2 weeks you know?.. You cant seriously make me believe that class balance in M+ is perfect and no spec needs some adjustments… And not just some % adjustments… I mean full reworks…

And I don’t see any of that even in data-mined PTR for S4…

Or what? You gonna wait until WW to do some tuning?

      • Fixed a bug that could prevent a Druid with Radiant Moonlight who died and resurrected from getting more than one cast of Full Moon before it resets to New Moon.
      • Primordial Arcanic Pulsar progress now resets on raid encounter start.

      • Damage dealt from Berserk: Frenzy and Burning Frenzy (Seasons 3 and 4 set armor 4-piece bonus) will now log correctly when buffed by an Augmentation Evoker.

Added the following hotfixes to today’s update:


  • The following cast time trinkets will now trigger a 1 second global cooldown and may not be used when the global cooldown is active:
    • Manic Grieftorch
    • Beacon to the Beyond
    • Belor’relos, the Suncaller
    • Algeth’ar Puzzle Box
  • Manic Grieftorch damage increased by 1.2%. Can now be channeled while moving.
  • Storm-Eater’s Boon damage reduced by 25%.
  • Dragonfire Bomb Dispenser damage reduced by 15%. Flash of Inspiration may now only occur every 2 seconds (was 0.74 seconds).
  • Neltharion’s Call to Chaos primary stat reduced by 6.4%.
  • Neltharion’s Call to Dominance primary stat reduced by 15%.
  • Nymue’s Unraveling Spindle now triggers a 1 second global cooldown (was 1.5 seconds).
  • All Fyrakk’s Tainted Rageheart’s damage reduced by 5%.
  • Fixed an issue causing Inexorable Resonator to grant more primary stat than intended.
  • Fixed an issue causing Whispering Incarnate Icon to grant significantly more passive secondary stat than intended.

A see a lot of Hotfixes for Plunderstorm. The best fix for it if you remove it!

The guy/guys who invented it must be on the street homeless! They dont have any future in the video-game business!

  • Fixed a bug with damage dealt by Rip & Tear, Internal Combustion, and Tear Open Wounds in Awakened raids.

Dungeons and Raids

  • Raid Finder now required item level 463 if the raid is Awakened.
  • Brackenhide Hollow
    • Addressed an issue where Stinkbreath can turn while casting Stinkbreath.
    • Addressed an issue where Wilted Oak’s Necrotic Breath visual can be out of sync with the creature’s facing.


  • Veteran track items or items obtained from Awakened Outdoor Activities should now properly be able to be converted into Class Set items at the Revival Catalyst.
  • Resolved multiple issues with Dragonflight Season 4 tier set items not functioning after equipping certain Season 3 set items.
  • Dreambound gear caches from the Dreamsurge Coalesence vendor will now correctly award Season 4 Explorer 1/8 (item level 454 gear) and tokens will properly display the correct item level of its contents.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented Tiered Medallion Setting from functioning on Season 4 necklaces.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Season 4 crests from properly converting to their lower-tier currency.


  • “A Multi-Front Battle” can now be completed.

Season of Discovery

  • Using an Unconscious Dig Rat no longer dismisses pets.
  • Mage
    • Displacement no longer functions if the most recent use of Blink was on a different continent or in a different instance.

What about all those that spent crests to convert them and then didn’t get them from the caches purchased, basically loosing all of our crests… are we going to get them back?

Doesnt seam to work.
Tried and still have a S4 head and hand items on Vet and Champ that cant be converted.

Non-player Characters

  • Vaskarn in the Emerald Dream no longer erroneously mentions that they can upgrade your gear with the use of Flightstones. Vaskarn in Valdrakken is unchanged.


  • While Time Rifts are empowered, Cache of Embers will now be awarded once per character per week from the quest for defeating a Time Rift Boss.
  • Prince Farondis drank his Conjured Protein Shakes and bulked up, allowing players to complete “Save Yourself”.

still no change for survival set bonus? you don’t even manage to keep your word, it’s weird.

“Please keep in mind that we’re going to update the power of the set bonuses to match the increased power of the new gear in Season 4, so any bonuses you choose will be tuned to be as strong as any others.”

      • Developers’ notes: Our goal for these changes is to reduce Protection Warrior deaths to the dangers that are most likely to kill them, like burst or magic damage. There are some talents that warriors have for protection against these threats, like Disrupting Shout, Bolster, or Battle-Scarred Veteran, but it can be difficult to find the talent points for them. To provide more build flexibility we are reducing the power of the Battering Ram talent and moving its damage and defensive benefits into core abilities. Okay for Fury what you should do is put the Mortal Strike and Cleave damage to 50% not 15%, Increase crit by 25% not 10%

And Crit strikes of said abilities buffs your damage by 40% for 6 seconds not 8% for 6 seconds
