WoW Hotfixes - Updated 30 November

How can you be so out of touch with the community? Mana problem has never been related to Radiance. What need to be checked is the mana cost of Mind Blast, Renew, the mana generation of Shadowiend/mindbender since these spell all account for too little in relation to their mana cost.

Also, one week from launch day and still Void Summoner is locked behind Mindbender. How can you miss this design flaw?

And everyone else gets reduced damage after 5 targets

      • Fixed an issue where Wild Mushroom’s damage would sometimes be delayed.
      • Fixed an issue where Lunar Eclipse increased the damage of Wild Mushroom.
      • Fixed an issue where Balance of All Things (Arcane) increased the crit of Wild Mushroom.

    • Soar can no longer be cast while rooted.

      • Gift of the Ox healing increased by 60%.
      • Celestial Brew healing increased by 40%.
      • Pretense of Instability duration increased to 5 seconds (was 3 seconds) and Dodge bonus increased to 15% (was 10%).

      • Fixed an issue causing Surge of Light to not reduce the mana cost of Flash Heal for Discipline and Shadow.

      • Harsh Discipline now triggers every 8 / 4 casts of Smite (was every 10 / 5 casts).

      • Fixed an issue that unintentionally allowed a Rogue to consume Amplifying Poison stacks applied by another Rogue.

      • Fixed an issue that prevented some offensive abilities with energy costs from being correctly affected by Adrenaline Rush’s reduced global cooldown modifier. Affected abilities were: Ambush, Blade Flurry, Echoing Reprimand, Sepsis, and Shiv.
  • Shaman
    • Resolved an issue causing Elemental Orbit to double the mana cost of Earth Shield when cast on the Shaman.
    • Restoration
      • Fixed an issue causing Recall Cloudburst Totem to be immediately usable after summoning a Cloudburst Totem.

hmm… :thinking: I’m starting to think they are well aware of the state of some specs and deliberately are trying to avoid the “meta” ones.
Prot Warrior has been pointed out lots of time by the communities, yet not a single “fix”.
I think they want meta to happen so they can do the “underdog” competition with WoWhead.
Lots of toxicity and community issues can be solved by actually balancing the classes.

Can you make it so Chosen Identity works after using hover and wing buffet?

Why keep doing class balance changes when a week later we’ll get level 70 and everything has to be retuned again?

Why not fix the major broken outstanding stuff such as the entire item level thing, and the Legion profession quests?

I can’t enchant on enchanting vellum , target is to low lvl , it’s stil not fixed just tried it now .
I disabled all my addons .

  • Fixed an issue where Shadowlands enchants could not be applied to Enchanting vellums.
    • Developers’ note: This fix will temporarily prevent enchants that were available prior to Shadowlands from being applied to Enchanting vellums. This new issue will be fixed shortly after the release of Dragonflight.

What the hell? So it was important to nerf the gold, but not fix the actual item levels of legacy items???

I know this is just a small cosmetic thingie, but can you please fix profession buff “dress to kill” (and similar) to be auto-removed on other action performed rather than on first hit?

It really is goofy watching MM hunter casting Aimed Shot with a skin knife in their hand.

Lightning Shield is still randomly dropping off for no reason, I’ve yet to see it last 15 minutes let alone 30.

      • Brace for Impact’s tooltip clarified to state it increases block value rather than percentage amount blocked.
      • Enduring Alacrity now correctly modifies your Armor.
      • Focused Vigor now correctly modifies your Armor.
      • [With weekly restarts] Execute damage increased by 30%.

Player versus Player

  • Several spells that were persisting between Solo Shuffle rounds will now be cleared properly.

    • [With weekly restarts] Recuperator effectiveness is no longer reduced by 50% in PvP combat.

    • Fixed an issue where players were unable to craft a Fishing Net for “Iskaaran Fishing Net” if it was abandoned.

    • “Orientation: Maruukai” now correctly shares quest credit with all group members.
    • Fixed an issue where Hypoxicron was landing mid-air during “Proto Problems.”
    • Being in stealth will no longer cause issues during “Reign of the Ram.”
    • Fixed an issue where the Raging Torrent boss was not scaling properly during “Trial of the Flood.”
    • Fixed an issue where the bonus quest was not appearing for the rare enemy, Ronsak the Decimator.
  • Thaldraszus
    • Fixed an issue where Pandaren, Troll, and Undead characters are sometimes unable to progress in “Feels Like the First Time.”
    • South Hold Guardians will no longer continue to give out their signets after “Remember the Fallen” is completed.
    • The Scythid prowling the Chittering Caverns will no longer only be encountered at level 70 for the quest “Scythid Gloomhunter.”

Reputation

    • Lowered the drop chance for Cobalt Assembly reputation across all enemies.
