I am experiencing the same problem! Have been trying to log back in for something like 20 minutes. I just exited the game briefly, my friends are waiting for me in the middle of a difficult and important quest at The Maw, now I can’t get back in… Please fix this issue as soon as possible! Thank you.

It already let me in the game. I am asking for compensation for your problems, which cost me money.
I guess is time to make a lvl 1 in classic wow 
Well now the servers are down and we will have to pay for 60 days subscriptions : https://www.wowhead.com/news/changes-to-purchasable-game-time-options-30-90-180-day-options-removed-321568 . So yeah nice one 
Time to play other games from companies that invest in how a game works

It is quite simply hilarious that a multi billion dollar company like Blizzard don’t have any kind of redundancy for their services and infrastructure. This is at least the 5th time this is happening since launch of Shadowlands. Absolutely ridicilous… I am embarrassed on their behalf
man its a pity that the servers are down on a Friday night and there is no update from Blizzard…
