On US realms AP just got converted to honor w/o discounts, atleast people on forum say so.

At this point there is no way that blizzard doesnt do that stuff on purpose to make fun of classic players

I can confirm on EU, we had a week of ;

  • Not having any items discounted.

  • Sporadically not being able to buy any items you had met the rating requirement for.

  • No items having their rating requirements removed.

And finally without warning,

  • Having our entire arena points converted to honour, which contradicts:

Please note that Arena Points will be converted to Honor when patch 4.4.0 releases.

Strangely, on completion of the Daily BG and Daily BG quest, you still earn 25 Arena Points!

I have submitted multiple tickets daily and encourage others to do the same.

The lack of communication at the end of the final WotLK PvP season is very disappointing.

Give back arena points And discount The gear. It will be too late soon, gonna lose more players this way cmon.

I had 10k arena points that just got removed and since I already had 75k honor, I didn’t get anything. Didn’t even receive gold instead of honor as we used to get before back in the days. Blizzard really don’t care about wotlk classic, they just keep pushing retail and sod.

Hopefully someone at blizzard is reading this as there are lots of people pretty annoyed at the lack of notice and any communication. Please revert the change and refund the points before the next reset, then tell the players what is about to happen with conversions and discounts so we can all decide what we want to do. Keeping us guessing only for many people to find they’ve just lost everything is pretty poor.

Season 8 ended last week, and Arena Points were converted to Honor Points at the usual rate (1 Arena Point = 10 Honor Points)

Yes, they were converted and now we have arena points again from the Daily BG quests.

Which one is correct?

Also, where is Season 9 if this was intentional?

There will be an off-season period until Season 9 goes live.

I want to remind everyone to spend your arena points, because they will be converted with the patch, and it would be a shame to lose all your hard earned points without any prior notice. Oh, wait a minute
