In an old article I read before World of Warcraft started, they were discussing making two headed ogres as one player would control the mage side/head and the other player would control the physical side and movement if I recall correctly.
Yes but that was just an april joke. Literally would make it really funny if 2 players could control the character at the same time. Not mistake it with Hots.

There are female ogre art. Traveler: The Spiral path book.

There is nothing at all standing in the way of ogres. They are not too tall, they got boomie animations which we already use, there are male and female, they are already in the Horde (Stonemaul controlled by Rexxar)
And the ogres we got from Draenor with Maghar campaign.
There is NOTHING… standing in the way lorewise or tech wise.
So blizz should do it come next xpac. No more delays, no more excuses. We want ogres.

Surely they could make Ogres using the Kul’Tiran skeleton right?
Those Kul’Tirans are pretty much prettier versions of the Ogres 
I do wonder if we’ll face the wave of fat shaming posts we had when the KT came in, if they made this a playable race.
