Except that it’s the flirting emote we’re talking about, not the dancing one. What’s the point of comparing the two ? The latter is solely about the animation, no voiceline attached to it, which is not the case for the former as the OP pointed out. To me the /flirt emote would be best compared to the /silly one, which also goes with the simple talking animation.
That being said, and as far as I’m concerned, I only care about what my character says when I run the /flirt emote, not how he looks, and could hardly give a penny about that.
Thanks for reminding us of what we already now. The question is why the animation prevents the emote from being run while moving, knowing that there are other similar emotes which you can trigger that way ?
I’ll leave you with a piece of advice, set aside the fact that I don’t agree at all on what you just said : the best way you can withdraw from this kind of debate, especially when given good counter-examples to your claims (which in the end you base on nothing other than subjective opinions, or a desperate need to prove yourself right because you don’t want to be wrong), is to simply reply by “I don’t know”, because facts show there is absolutely no consistent answer to the OP’s question, which to me deserves to be asked.
The OP asked a question and I gave my opinion, is it a consist answer? Of course not, I’m not the game designer.
If you get a blue post about this matter then great that would be a nice answer.
Why you needed to add that in the first place? I never said that and I never intended to give that impression.
