Benthic, you litterally get 20-25 pearls off the bat for a quest, you don’t have to upgrade you can just buy gear, that is basically an instant gearset for unlocking naz.

If people are not accepting you then create the groups, plenty of players in similar shoes and people willing to help out as the lower content is trivial in difficulty once you are relatively geared.

as horde too, warmode, random pvp is totally viable …these horde “helpful karma farmers” are saying the obvious which everyone knows, and is very helpful. as i stated in my threads, lfr a way to gear up is completely fine.

You had to purchase SL for that boost.
Boosting price for one character is the price of a new game.
Of course they would give you 395 gear.

If you do it by normal procedure it will take some time.
Sounds perfectly reasonable to me.

No, it’s not reasonable to have to spend ages to gear a new character up to the point they can do mythics.

I believe there is still a minimum ilvl and that it does not scale incredibly low, also these proc corrupts which is potentially more important than ilvl if lucky.

Yes it does XD You think that you are the only one who leveled up a new char and so on? Past weeks ive been draggin up my prot pally from 340 at its now 448 lol

There is a tone of gear sourcers but you need to move your butt and try because the only way you gonna get instant gratification is if you pay for it.

Not when you’re trying to get into mythic dungeons. People will still decline you for low ilvl even if you have ULTRABIS corruptions.

A tank. You think a tank experience is comparable to dps in terms of speed of gearing? You can just press the button to queue for a dungeon and you’re in. It wouldn’t even be a problem if I was a tank as I could just queue normal dungeons over and over with instant queue.

I have geared from 200 ilvl to 430+ with 1-2 days multiple times it’s very possible.

Also there is a world boss in vale/uldum with 445 gear chance

The black empire gear from rares is not very rare either, more on the common side.

You have to put in some effort lol.

Did you even read the thread? They’re RNG drops. I’ve only got mail and plate drops. Not a single leather item. I’ve got enough mail and plate to deck out 2-3 characters.

Fair enough.

The only viable method for free is joining a guild and ask them to help to gear your alt in exchange you help them in the same way.

Guilds are always the shortest way to gear up in my opinion.
Plus SL is coming, so you might be interested in being part of a guild.

Yes, plate and mail is common indeed. Not a single leather item since 8.3 launched. Only mail & plate. So, useless suggestion.
