As a solo player, going up against a coordinated 5-stack—especially when they are on voice comms—can be an incredibly frustrating experience.
It used to be possible to see if the enemy team was queuing as a group, which allowed solo players to make an informed decision during the draft phase. If we knew we were facing a full premade, we could choose to dodge the draft and save ourselves a highly unbalanced and demoralizing match. Without that indicator, solo players are left completely in the dark and often feel like helpless bots against organized teams.
Heroes of the Storm heavily rewards coordination. Even if the individual skill level of the premade players is average, their ability to draft perfectly together and instantly collapse on rotations makes winning near-impossible for a team of random solo players.
Please consider bringing back the premade indicator, or implement stricter matchmaking rules that prevent solo queuers from constantly matching against full 5-player groups. Solo queue integrity needs to be protected so the game remains fun for everyone.
