No tengo ningún addons instalado, he hecho lo de reiniciar la interfaz y nada. No me cargan los botones y no puedo jugar la misión. Por favor, ¿alguien me puede ayudar?..
Prueba borrar cache y reparar el juego, luego prueba de nuevo. Ya si ahí no te funciona, déjalo, o prueba de mirar en wowhead por si dice alguien si hay solución o no.

Had the same issue… After a long period of time I found out this : Go into addons map and copy all addons and move them somewhere else, do the same for WTF map and then delete the WTF map when you have copied it. Then enter the game again. That worked for me, hope this helps you to. As it is so frustrating not bein able to finish a quest.
