How many times do i have to kill Fyrakk to get my legendary axe?

I’m just trying everything to get my character fixed. I already killed Fyrakk 19 times on Heroic, plus some in Normal/LFR. Everywhere I look, it says I should have gotten the axe, but I haven’t. I’m creating this post to see if I have any luck and a developer sees it and looks into it.
