I play D2R. For the past 2 days, it’s been telling me “account banned”. I was disconnected from a game at one point, I didn’t understand why, and I’ve been banned ever since. As I play with Nvidia GeForce Now (I’m on a Mac) I can’t even play offline. I didn’t cheat, I didn’t buy items on a site, I didn’t insult anyone, in short I didn’t do anything wrong (or tell me what I did!).
I just played online, with other players, for 1 month, on the Europe server, but played normally, we traded a few items, nothing crazy. I haven’t received any explanatory e-mails, and when I open a ticket it’s closed without explanation, and it’s probably a bot answering me. I really don’t understand and would like an explanation.
If my account is really banned, it would be nice to get my money back, because right now it’s just money down the drain. It’s quite unbelievable.
