Duplicate Protection is not working for Standard Packs

Hi,

Duplicate Protection is nor working for me when I open Standard Packs.

For example, I am still missing the Paladin Commons « Feast and Famine » or « Disco Maul » and the Paladin Rare « Order in the Court », but I am getting duplicate Commons and Rares in my Standard Packs instead of all the cards I am still missing.

I never disenchanted those cards. I never got them.

I have contacted the support team about this issue and they told me that they can’t do anything about it and that I should open a thread on the Forum to seek help.

Is this a known issue? Am I missing Something?

This is very frustrating as I have to wait to open my packs until the issue gets solved.
