At the occultist, Moonrise Aspect is 11/16 and provide 80% [40-100]% Basic damage.
I loot an Amulet with moonrise aspect with 120% [60-120]% Basic damage but when I go to the Blacksmith, it does not propose me to upgrade the aspect in the Salvage option!!
Is it normal?
