Data Error Occured

I know there must have been several topics about this, but as far as I saw, none of them actually got an answer or a real way to actually fix this, so.. Welp here I go I guess?

I used to play Diablo 4 at launch, and during the first three seasons. I paused after that, and returned some days ago, considering that the DLCs were more than enough of a reason for me to actually dive back in.

I used to play on a laptop with graphics above average, and I moved two years ago on a better computer, a desktop with twice as much RAM than before.

Before anyone comments that it’s because hardware is not good enough, I think it’s important to point out that I can play games such as RE Requiem with graphics on Ultra… And that Diablo 4 with all graphics on Low still crash after about half an hour, which is EXTREMELY stressful when you’re a hardcore player.

Here are the few things I saw around, and that I tried to fix the problem:

-Setting all graphics to low

-Deactivating cross-platform

-Deactivating some graphic options that relate to AI

-Running the Fix tool on battle.net

-Reinstalling the game

-Reinstalling the game AGAIN on another drive (went from HDD to SDD)

-Removing the HD pack from the install properties

And… Well it still crashes after between 30 minuts to 2 hours (personnal best, which is… Frustrating?). I would love if anyone actually found a fix that actually works…. I run the game on a 32 Go Ram computer, so I don’t think Ram is related to the problem…

It’s worth to mention that, when I tried to play the game with an interactive map on my second screen, the browser went out of memory at the very same time the game crashed.

o7,
French speaking here.
It would be much more effective to post your issue on the US site, as it’s monitored by the developers.

Oopsie, my bad!
