Salut à tous,

Ce forum devrait pouvoir aider des gens à comprendre les erreurs qu’ils subissent depuis la mise à jours de l’extension, hors malgré les questions posées aucune réponse.

Tant bien que mal je relance le sujet, nous subissons des plantages récurrents depuis l’ajout de l’extension et ça de manière aléatoire sur des config différentes et largement suffisantes pour faire tourner le jeu en ultra. plusieurs solutions existe mais rien ne fonctionne !

Les commentaires (mettre le jeu en low, mise à jour etc pas la peine tout est déjà fait).

Je précise que le jeu fonctionnait parfaitement en ultra avant l’extension.

Je sollicite la communauté et Blizzard s’ils daignent y répondre à nous apporter une solution !

Sujet très vaste, qui ne concerne d’ailleurs pas que Diablo.
Je suppose que tu joues sur PC et le problème, comme bien souvent, ne concerne vraiment pas les paramètres du jeu mais bel et bien la config de ton pc comme par exemple :

  • Ta connexion.
  • l’état de ton pc « maj, appli en arrière plan, malware etc… » « Soft ».
  • Sa capacité à encaisser la charge de travail demandé « hard ».
  • etc…

Bien que D4 ne soit pas gourmand en ressource il apparaît souvent que l’état général de l’ordinateur soit la raison de bcp de bug dans bcp de jeu.

Donc le soucie, si vraiment tu es dans le mal et que tu souhaites que nous t’aidions et, en définitive, aidions tous les autres joueurs dans la galère, c’est que tu nous décrivent ta config hard et soft, ta connexion, le benchmark de ton pc au démarrage et un autre avec le jeu lancé, le tout branché directement sur ton réseau en RJ45.
Alors oui ça va faire des postes à rallonge et ça mettra sans doute un peu de temps à analyser tout le bordel mais on a pas le choix.
Tu demandes des réponses précise alors il faut voir ton problème avec précision, et vue qu’un ordinateur A et un ordinateur B sous même config peuvent ne pas fonctionner du tout de la même manière en fonction de comment, au préalable, nous l’avons utiliser, on aura pas le choix que de demander tous ces détailles.

Dans un autre poste j’avais préciser qu’il m’arrivait, dans le cadre de déplacement pro, de jouer en hôtel avec un portable sous rtx3070 avec une connexion wifi a la ramasse « hôtel évidemment » et de n’avoir absolument aucun bug avec D4 contrairement a de grosse config fixe juste pour étayer le soucie des bug D4 sur pc.

Crash récurent depuis vessel jamais avant, j’ai un pc très performant je suis à 140 fps tout a fond en 2k.

Les crash ressemble à une fuite mémoire comme il y avait eu à la sortie de Diablo 4.

Je crash toutes les 2h30 / 3h jeux.

J’ai donc fait que du softcore pour m’éviter des crises de nerf ….

Session de 5h là veille de la sortie avec aucun plantage.

Tu pourrais me fournir ton dxdiag svp. Colle le dans ton commentaire, je te préviens ça va etre très très long. Par contre ne me fournit pas les infos de base de ton pc, donc copie tout ce qui se trouve au dessous de la ligne BIOS.

D’ailleurs Charliths fait de même, on va commencer par la.

Tu n’as jamais du faire de DxDiag sur ton système actuel ou alors tu as dû réinstalle windows depuis car il n’est pas complet. Relance ton DX et quand il te lance le message suivant :

« Crashed in system information (stage 3). Re-running DxDiag with « dontskip » command line parameter or choosing not to bypass information gathering when prompted might result in DxDiag successfully obtaining this information »

Clique sur non, il va relancer une analyse complète et une fois finis tu copie l’information et tu me l’a renvois ici, tu verras ce sera beaucoup plus conséquent^^…

Pour le bench on verra après. Généralement on detecte la majeur partie des problème avec l’analyse de direct X.

Merci, je t’avise dés que je peux, ça me prendra un peu de temps.
Si tu le peux, essaye de désactiver ton wifi et de laisser ton RJ45 branché , si possible, sur 3 ou 4 cessions de jeux sur 2 jours mini.
On va éliminer point par point ce qui fonctionne. Dans ce laps de temps, sous RJ45, note tout les éléments « les plus contraignants » que tu observes et tu viendras me les notés ici « les plus problématiques je précise » si tu observes des petit freez de micro seconde on verra plus tard.

Et enfin, point par point, sans de longue phrases, donne moi tes soucis actuels que je puisses les raccorder à ton DX.

Non. Je suspecte que tous ceux qui sont embêtés sont sur des NVIDIA.
Deja l’histoire du raytracing a désactiver c’est un indice

j’ai des soucis seulement sur D4, je n’ai pas de wifi seulement en RJ45.

L’erreur que je rencontre sur D4 mémoire GPU insuffisante et ça de manière aléatoire sans aucune raison avec des graphismes en low.

Et du coup ça te déco instant?
Tu as 24 gb alloués à ton systéme dont 8 pour ton gpu. Le problème n’étant pas le jeu, j’en suis à peu près sur et ni ton gpu, j’ai fait tourner VoH d’un ami sur son Asus gtx1050 avec seulement 2 giga dédié… et un malheureux i3 2400. Aller je vois ça, je reviendrais vers toi pour d’autre infos.
