While playing stormbolt talent lvl 1 I noticed that the count from it & Muradin passive count to 25 for stormbolt arent the same before getting to 25. It means some are not counted for the talent lvl1 selection. To be corrected please ! Thx

With his quest , Muradin gains multiple stacks wenn he kills opponents, a short time after or during the stun on Q. That’s why you gain more with quest than with the level 1 talent. My bad, my english isn’t that good
