Yesterday when i played with friend to HOTS, i encounter serious connection issues with my Wifi. This disconnect me during ranking match draft, cause severe penalties… I was fair to try to resolve the connection problem and i’m not a leaver, so i think unfair penalties, causing 2 ranks retrogradation from silver to bronze as if i was a « bad player ». I did not cause prejudice to others experience as disconnection appear before the lunching of games, and that i was grouped with 2 friends… Could you canceled penalties and go back to the anterior status ? Thanks you a lot for understanding.
