Why do you punish players who just want to play or have fun?

Your PvP system punishes players who want to play. The only solution is to stop launching Warcraft Rumble. How can you create such a context? This benefits no one. If you reduce the number of Daily Active Users, your app loses visibility.
And players end up finding another game—one they can play every day and have fun whenever they want. Right now, the only available game mode is PvP. But with your new system, it’s impossible to play whenever we want. We have to wait for the modifiers to support our deck, and avoid playing when the bonuses only help other players.
Example: At the moment, the only playable hero is Arthas, Arthas, and Arthas again.
The games aren’t fun at all. Everyone uses the same deck, the gameplay is slow… Very bad.

Many of us are leaving the game—others like Clash Royale are way more fun.
Also, every season end is ruined by modifiers that only boost a hero we don’t even want to play.

Most boring PvP era. Arthas is completely broken, 99.9% of the players use him with the exact same minis played in the exact same order. Never been so bored.
