There is no more character stuck in game support (teleport to graveyard button)
This is litterally HELL to find how to open a ticket (Stop the **** redirect us to automatic responses)
Concerning retail, I remembered trying the in game shop (instant load) beside the customer support take severall minutes to open some times.
