I got banned from this season after 2 games. The issue is that i got banned because the game kicked me for "your render device has been lost"

The issue is that

  1. the error doesnt show itself during quick play, and i tried multiple times to check if its actually the gpu or something
  2. i played 3 games in a month. 1 around a week ago and got kicked for render device, 2nd in quick play and had no issue and 3rd after the quickplay got kicked again like in the game 1
    The pc is pretty fresh (has less than 1 year of age) and runs a 4050. I played already on it multiple times and had no issue, but after i removed the game and installed it again, i played 3 games in total those issues.

My pc runs with no issues cs2, cyberpunk, elden ring and other games with no issues whatsoever. if i need to get my account compromised because there is an error from your part, im kinda getting pissed

Hai qualche problema sul pc, magari surriscalda, visto la stagione, o altro, ma quel genere di errore viene dato da qualche problema interno al pc, molto difficilmente é il gioco o altro software. Ti conviene controllare aggiornamenti vari, compreso firmware della scheda madre, software che girano in background e sopratutto provare a tenere controllate le temp del pc.
