Ciao brrbrr, questo forum è per la lingua italiana, non c’è bisogno di scrivere in inglese.
Passando ai tuoi test, è subito evidente problemi nella tua lan casalinga (PC-rete-modem), guarda :

L’ip corrisponde al tuo router, non perdi pacchetti (che è un buon segnale) ma hai un ping medio di 32ms con picco massimo di 264ms, quel picco e la media segnalano che qualcosa non va.
La cosa più semplice e veloce è un reset del modem e spegnerlo qualche minuto, ma non sempre basta.
Quindi ti lascio il link con tutti i passi da seguire per ottimizzare tutto il sistema di lan domestica:

Segui per bene tutti i passaggi, anche quelli avanzati, quando aggiorni i driver fallo per tutti, sopratutto controlla aggiornamenti per quelli delle schede di rete.
Se ancora non si risolvesse torna pure a scrivere e proveremo altre soluzioni.

Ps: alcuni nodi ben dopo il tuo router perdono pacchetti, per esempio:

Possono indicare un sovraccarico di lavoro, ma potrebbero essere una conseguenza del problema al router, senza la lan ottimale non si può dirlo con certezza.
