Most recent accounts (<2 years) are experiencing Reynor, Artanis and Kerrigan being locked at level 5, when, before the update, were level 10, 11, 15
I think this is done on newer accounts for making buy who don’t buy.
But I bought 4 characters, and all the 3 campaigns but hey, I do have the same problem.
This is really shameful.
