the game stutters like each minute for like 2 seconds.
i lowered settings and resolution to all low and problem is still here.
the game is unplayable on multiplayer where every second matters.
it was same in beta.

i have i5 3,9ghz, gtx1050, 8gb ram

Same here,
GTX 970, i5 3,9 GHz, 16 GB ram
Game lags every 1-2 min for 1-2 sec.
UNPLAYABLE

U mnie różnie, czasem laguje, a czasem nie. Wydaje mi się, że to nie kwestia sprzętu tylko klienta gry lub serwera.
